As you know we are closed for November but we knew you would be suffering withdrawal if we didn’t keep some diving news and Koh Tao pictures floating your way. If you peruse our blog at your desk at work to keep the blues at bay you might even find that winter is drawing closer, its getting darker earlier and certainly lot colder – so how could we stop sending diving sunshine through our blog? That wouldn’t be fair! So here’s a series of posts to wrap up the year and give you a flavour of the best of the diving from each month passed …
We started off the month with the unusual …a pleurobranch …I know it looks like a blob …
This wicked walkman was seen too – we had a ‘black and white’ photo day on this day which we think makes him look even cooler !
Chumphon Pinnacle delivered some awesome conditions and a brilliant bat fish display too…
And we even saw octopus which are reasonably hard to find here..
Every now and then we find a ball of juvenile cat fish which are wicked to watch as they pulse in a huge group
Ofcourse the obligatory turtle sightings too
And who can forget the jackfish that stole Charlotte’s earring – yes it really did happen…..
We had some great dives with the big fish ball that hangs out in Mango Bay too..
And apart from the usual array of nudis we saw this cowrie too
