In the none-too-distant future, we will all be diving on closed circuit re-breathers – fact!
CCRs are simply efficient diving units that capture the air that you breathe out, clean it, add back the oxygen that you use and re-circulate it.  Simple!
The benefits are clearly that your gas supply is virtually limitless and if you are progressing to the deeper technical levels of diving then this benefit is a huge bonus.  Even larger twin tanks don’t have anywhere near the dive time of a CCR. 
Add the fact that the unit delivers you the best gas mix based on your depth and watch your decompression time shrink versus open circuit….
If you love photography and videography then you’re going to love how much closer you can get to wildlife too.  No bubbles means, no noise, making you far more approachable!

What you will do

You will practice skills and master drills and emergency procedures in shallow water, followed by 6 Open Water dives, where you will complete at least  500 minutes of in-water training.  Your open water training will solidify the new techniques you have mastered in shallow water.   You will be trained in the use of bail out and stage cylinders.

The theoretical component of this course includes completion of the CCRs knowledge development and final exam.
