want to explore and uncover the mystery of what it's like?

We will refresh your memory with regards to decompression illness and nitrogen narcosis.
We will ensure that you understand dive planning procedures as they relate to Deep diving.
in the water...
Over 4 dives we will progress you to deeper water, with 40m being the maximum. You will understand your own reaction to nitrogen narcosis.
You will learn more about how colour is effected by depth.
You will see how the increased pressure effects various objects and dive equipment too.
You will learn to dive with and use an independent air source.

The typical PADI Deep Diver Speciality course schedule is completed in 2 days. Each day will have 2 dives and a little theory review. The course is more practical based, ensuring that you spend more time in the water and less time in the classroom. The course includes 4 dives but if you have completed your PADI Advanced Open Water course then this can be credited towards your Speciality - this means that you only have to complete 3 dives, and the course will be slightly cheaper!

where to from here?
Many shipwrecks are often found in deeper water. That’s why the PADI Deep Diver course is a natural companion to the PADI Wreck Diver course. It is quite common to take these 2 Specialties concurrently.
Other training to consider is the PADI Enriched Air Diver course on your way to the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.
If the allure of the deep pulls you in then you may want to consider technical diving.
A PADI Master Scuba Diver is a highly accomplished diver - this is the highest rating a non professional can achieve and as such, you will be held in high esteem. To qualify you need to be a PADI Rescue Diver, with 50 logged dives and qualifications in five specialities.
