A video and a very descriptive and well illustrated manual accompany you through the course techniques.

Your instructor will demonstrate and guide you through practical sessions which build your comfort and allow you to practice in a stress-free, encouraging environment.

Scenarios will be acted out and you may even find that upon leaving the classroom ' an accident' happens in front of you.

Lots of tomato sauce and Oscar nominated victims ensure that your course is realistic and fun too!
