Sarah

Assistant Manager - Dive Operations

Sarah finished university after six years of studying to get her degree in law. But she already knew that's not what she wanted to do with her life, so she decided to go travelling the world before settling in and getting a serious office job. As it turns out she didn't really get very far, as after four months of travelling she arrived on Koh Tao! Initially, Sarah never even planned to try scuba diving, but she loved her first Open Water dives so much that she signed up straight away for her Advanced Open Water Diver course! A familiar story if ever we heard one!

Like so many travelers before, she quickly fell in love with scuba diving and island life and decided to not return back home to Germany. Sarah has since worked as Divemaster and Instructor in a number of dive centers in Thailand and Egypt.

After a few years of teaching diving from beginner- to pro-level, Sarah felt it was time for a change of scenery and is now working as our Assistant Manager. Most days you will find her in the shop either answering emails or behind the front desk, but on her days off she still enjoys getting out on the boat for some dives. In her spare time you will find her, either out and about trying to get rid of her office tan (perpetual whiteness!), or at home cuddling her beloved cat, Pete.
